CME McKinley service centre undertakes return-to-base servicing and repair work on our range of electronic infusion pumps either on a fixed fee or an annual contract basis. Our Service Contracts offer the opportunity to reduce costs whilst assuring peace of mind and accountability.

Our service turnaround target is 14 working days and all repairs are warrantied for 6 months for same fault repair.

Electronic pumps may also be rented from our service centre enabling you to  overcome short term increased demands on your clinic. Rental charges includes the equipment and consumables with an option-to-purchase at low cost if the rental extends to a longer period.

For the BodyGuard & T34 infusion systems CME McKinley can also offer on-site training, certification and support for your technical personnel to enable them to perform on site service and maintenance.
