What is a PDF file?
Adobe PDF documents can be shared, viewed, and printed by anyone, on any system, using free Adobe Reader® software — regardless of the operating system, original application, or fonts.
Our use of Adobe® Acrobat® PDF files helps to ensure that you are able to print off an exact copy of the document irrespective of the type of computer you are using. One of our key reasons for choosing Acrobat Reader is that it is available for you to download completely free of charge.
To open the PDF file you must have Acrobat Reader Version 5 or higher installed on your computer. Adobe Acrobat Reader downloading and installation instructions are available at Adobe's web site.
